Bear Dog Farm, Incorporated is located in Barrington, Illinois and is owned and operated by Lee & Cindy Piekarz. We provide agricultural conservation education on Rare and Endangered American Livestock as recognized by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy.

Information provided on all of our farm animals' heritage and background of the different species, health care and maintenance requirements, along with proper steps in predator prevention.

Day One Farm Tour-about 2 hours.

Animals out and pre-fed before you arrive to see them in a natural setting, doing what they do.

The afternoon is open for shopping in Algonquin,and Barrington or strolling along the river. Stop in for a wonderful meal at a local restaurant and retire to your suite.

Day two Hands On Experience Feeding and caring for animals.. Gather eggs,run the goats, watch and assist in horse grooming are a few of the daily tasks .
